Seems that I can do little on here nowadays!
However, my friends and followers etc, I'm in good health and reasonably content, getting little or no exercise, of any sort!

Seems an appropriate place to humorously comment that it's not a day for outdoor sport - playing or watching - and that I'm dripping wet, nipples like bullets, and in need of a hot shower!
